Is it true that Sheikh Mufid believed the Quran was incomplete judging by what he said in Misa'el Al-Sirwiya Page 78 ?

Imam Al-Khoei has said that the book Masa'il Al-Sirwiya is incorrectly attributed to Sheikh Al-Mufid i.e. he did not write it (Kuliyat fi Ilm ar-Rijal Page 316-7) Furthermore, neither Sheikh al-Tusi or Sheikh Najashi or any other scholar from Sheikh Mufid's contemporaries mention it in their bibliographies of him.

FOLLOW UP QUESTION
(Imam al-Baqir) said: When the Qai’m from the family of Muhammad, may Allah bless him and his family, arises, he will set up encampments and he will teach the people the Quran as it was revealed by Allah, the Mighty and the High. The greatest difficulty will be for those who have learnt it as it is today, because it differs from the original.

Assalamu Alaykum
The above hadith refers to the tahreef (tampering) that has been done with the meaning/interpretation of the Quran. It is not talking about tahreef of the Quran's text.
